Christchurch

If the item(s) you are interested in are in Christchurch, we can deliver your order for $50 to save you the time, hassle, and effort of collecting the items yourself.

For local deliveries in Christchurch we use Vanstar. Deliveries are usually overnight, with outer subrbs being delivered on Tuesdays.

North Island

If you live outside of Auckland, please message us with your suburb and what item(s) you are interested in and we will send you a quick obligation free quote from Mainfreight. There is a price guide below to give you a rough estimate. We aim to have your item delivered in less than 7 days. 

South Island

Price Guide

Below is a guide to how much delivery will be. Delivery is to each city, the delivery price might be slightly higher if you are not near the city. If you are able to pick up your items from your local Mainfreight depot (grey lines in graphs below) then this can be a cheaper alternative. There is often a minimum charge to each city, so when purchasing multiple items the price does get cheaper. For an exact quote please message us with your suburb and what item(s) you are interest in.

Delivery terms and conditions.

If you don’t like a product when it arrives:

We’re sure you will like it, however if you do not you can return it to us within seven working days of delivery for a full refund. Simply contact us with a brief explanation, and we'll arrange for it to be collected by our delivery partners. We will refund you the cost of the item(s), but you will need to pay for the cost of the items to be delivered and collected.

If the item is damaged when it arrives or you are sent the wrong item: 

We check over your furniture to make sure it is up to standard before we dispatch it to you, however damage can occur during the delivery process. If this is the case contact us within 24 hours of delivery or as soon as possible, ideally sending us a couple of photos of the damage or other issues with the product. We will assess your complaint and, assuming your complaints are valid, arrange to collect the item from you and either give you a full refund, arrange for a repair, or order you a replacement.

We do our best efforts to provide you with the best images and description, but unfortunately cannot guarantee that colours and details in website images are 100% accurate representations of the product, and sizes might in some cases be approximate. All of our products are handmade so may have slight variations and imperfections, which we believe adds to their uniqueness. 

Before ordering from us, it is your responsibility to check and determine your full ability to receive the products. This includes ensuring that the product ordered will pass freely into your room of choice, and that they fit in that room, can be transported through the front door of your flat or room, stairs and doorways, and any other issues that could make the delivery more complicated or impossible to process. Up-to-date mobile telephone number and e-mail address are absolutely necessary to ensure successful delivery of your item.

Return Policy and Procedures:

We work everyday to provide you with the best quality products at the best affordable price, and truly wish you will be pleased with the product you have order from our website. However if for any reason you are not, please follow the following instructions for returning items.

If for any reason you wish to return your purchase you must - notify us contacting our Customer Service team at Contact Us with the order reference number - provide a quick explanation of the reason why you wish to return the product, and any detail you consider important. - we usually answer emails within two working days. Our Customer Service team will then contact you to organise, as appropriate, a collection and explain all the necessary procedures.
